Have a customer reporting problems with stripes on a Roland 700, the prints show stripes 14mm across and regularly spaced every 16mm across the print. Customer is using sonora plates.
The problem seems to be on all towers and came up suddenly after changing to sonora after printing all day on regular plates without a problem.
Of course it is a plate problem, says the customer, I beg to differ as the stripes and spacing aligns perfectly with a set of disks that touch the plate, is anybody familiar with the Roland?
