Hello All,
We have recently experienced the above error codes:
- 6707 - The electronics connection for the roller drive reports an error
- 5529 - Failed to detect a drum motor driver
These errors are coming up on start up of the recorder. This is the second time I have experienced this error.
On the first occasion that this happened I did the following:
I released the drum by switching the white plug/connector shown in the video and rebooting the machine.
I turned the drum manually in both directions and few times. Put the plug / connector back in the original position and rebooted the recorder.
The error cleared and the recorder booted up as normal.

Please could anyone offer any advice on what may be causing the above errors and what the possible solution could be.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
