suprasetter a106 laser problem

good day! can somebody help me with the laser problem of suprasetter a106 coz theres 8 laser diode are faulty and now the machine is working but its to slow it takes 10 mins. per plate. some screen are missing to.. thanks

Have you tried resetting the diodes?

Hi sir:
1) Try to take out the laser head and align the hoses.
2) chechk the electric contacts, if are damaged.
3) set the imaging parameters, focus and light values correctly.

Suprasetter A52/74 CTP has a laser problem. I share screenshoot with you. Actually, this laser was running, it went into fault mode and almost half of the Laser group was red. Then it worked again in emergency mode , starting at number 54 but with slow exposure mode.

When he updated the program ,GUI, It never worked. I installed another laser head with number 2 and 3, fault but it didn't work either. Error Number 6150.
Although I set the starting Diode number 54, it gives same error .. I miss something in sight?
