Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with software configuration for their e-commerce websites.
- Provide training to new and existing users on the functions and features of our products.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Provide excellent service and answers to our software users worldwide via phone, email and chat.
- Write concise new or updated content for our product documentation.
- Test software updates and report testing results clearly.
- Prepress or Graphic Design experience.
- Ability to effectively communicate with a diverse set of users.
- Strong troubleshooting skills.
- Patience, tact, excellent writing/grammar skills, and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize support issues and readjust focus where needed.
- Previous customer support experience preferred.
- HTML/CSS experience a plus.
