Technical Support Specialist – [ Prepress, Color Management]

The OneVision Group has over 110 employees worldwide, with headquarters located in Germany, and subsidiary offices in France, United Kingdom, Brazil, Singapore, India, and the US.

OneVision Inc. is seeking a highly motivated HelpDesk Support Specialist with working knowledge and experience in print processes, pre-press workflow, and Color technologies for our Andover Ma. location.

Responsibilities:
The Technical Support Specialists will work in both a Technical Consulting and Support Role, providing, Help Desk support, Product Demonstrations, remote training and assist in external release management of all OneVision Products.

Experience:
• Production Knowledge in Prepress Software and Workflow.
• Must have practical experience with Color Correction, Image Enhancement/retouching and Color Management techniques.
• Strong knowledge of graphic design software (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• General knowledge in Networking, PC and Mac hardware configuration/setup•
• Ability to troubleshoot problems and assist with client issues over the phone.
• Excellent communication skills. Internally as well as externally with clients.
• Must be willing to adapt to changing company needs. Willing to fill multiple roles (HelpDesk support, Demo, Training).
• Knowledge of help desk operations a plus.
• Permanent US residence or US Citizenship required.
