Tekgraf suddenly goes out of business...?

Many of you may not have heard about them but they did about $125M in 2007 and were a "value-add distributor" for the North American graphic art market. They sold proofing, photo and wide format supplies to over 150 resellers!!

Last week, they suddenly went out of business. Boom! Gone!
They handled Epson, HP, Canon, X-Rite, Onyx, 3M, Eizo and had their own private label ink and media.

Maybe the economy is weeding out the middlemen as the "distributor" gets sqeezed.
Has anyone heard anything?
