For instance, there was a big problem with a well-known flooring company in the U.S. whose imported wood flooring had all sorts of chemicals in it that it wasn't supposed to have. There was an expose in which a journalist with a hidden camera posed as a buyer in China. The Chinese salesman said they could stamp his shipment with any kind of compliance labels the buyer wanted, nevermind what was actually in the flooring.
