Thompson T-100 Envelope feeder

Anybody ever use one of these? If so does anybody know if it will run on a Quick Master?

We currently own one and in the next week or 2 are going to try and hook it up to our QMDI. Will let you know how it works.

Video looks good on it. It says it will work on a QM. Saw one on ebay for cheap and am trying to get the boss to buy something. Seems all we run now is envelopes and it would be nice to feed them non stop.

We have run one for 20 years on a 3302. They are a great feeder for the money but can have a mind of their own. The trick is get a good fan and keep the stack at your press feeder to 5-10 envelopes. We get the feeder runing good and then set our press speed to match the envelope feeder

We have the T-100 for a few years now and run it with our Hamada RS34 LSII Press. I use it with long runs. It works great with #9 and #10 envelopes. We asked for an extra belt to try to run 9 x 12 and 10 x 13 envelopes. I would not waste the money. They are too hard to run and there is a lot of jamming and waste. The design is a little crappy and could of been better, but with some modifications it works like a charm.
