Timing on an AB Dick 360

I have an AB Dick 360 that has been running great until yesterday when the paper feeder started throwing sheets. When I run it by hand it appears that the paper is not getting to the lower cylinder grippers all the time resulting in the thrown sheets. Once in the lower cylinder grippers it transfers to the chain drive 100% of the time. I have tried adjusting the buckle adjustment, and still the same results. Any and all help is greatly appreciated. I'm a newby so the more specific you can be the better.

Thanks in advance.

Did "something" happen before it started throwing sheets or was this all of a sudden?

Are your black rubber rollers forwarding the paper into the press?

Also, how cold is it there? Could be a case of static electricity throwing things off.
