Hi,
I've got this customer that needs 1"x x 1.5"h small stickers with a fairly involved contour cut (it's an outline of a tomahawk). The path is just not cutting evenly and I'm trying to tell him that the design is too small and the cut is too complex I have no tech support for this machine so I was wondering if anyone has any experience with this. I could be completely wrong but that's the best I can come up with as far as why it's not cutting correctly.
