Hello fellow Lithographers,
From experience and running a Harris- Marinoni M200 web-offset press in the 1970s with Duo-trol dampening system, also the ability to Skew the pan roller.
The merits of Skewing in my opinion are on a scale of 1 > 10 about 5.
The patterns of image/non-image areas and the associated dampening fluid flow, are complex to be overcome by Skew Rollers.
