Touchline CF375 preventative maintenance.

I get this error message (see image) whenever the Touchline CF375 is turned on. I was told that the machine requires preventative maintenance, but was not given any other info about it.
Does anyone know what needs to be done and how to do it? I'm searching for manuals/documents online that can explain the process but I can't find anything.

It usually runs in 800,000 blocks but its telling you to replace some belts, feed tab and belts. Then at 1.6 million its replaced more items. You dont have to but its recommended.

If these belts fail is there major damage that could occur?

No. Its just the 4 feed belts. They tend to slip if they get worn. Ive seen many machiines into the millions with no service. Its like your car and the dealership. Come on it for the 12K check up.

Can anyone help with a Parts list for the Multigraph Touchline CF375 creaser folder
and what is the correct roller cleaning product that won't do the rollers any harm
just got one of these machines and slowly getting my head around how to use it.
