Touchline CF375 won't boot up!

This is a new one for me. Our CF375 isn't booting up past the initial power up screen. The creaser knife and folding knives cycle to proper standby positions, no fuses blown anywhere, nothing found to be blocked or binding, all seems normal except the boot up issue. Has anyone else experienced this?

Haven't had that same issue, but did have some strange things happening at the operator touch screen. My dealer told me about the battery on display board. the attached document tells how it needs to be replaced every 2 years or so. This did resolve my problem.

What's on your screen when you power on? Is the red LED on the stop button lit?

Hi Stickman,
The usual quick blue software screen comes up for a second, followed by the next screen showing the date and software version. I did replace the battery yesterday. I have "Run" LEDs flashing on all circuit boards and yes, the red LED on the stop button is lit.
