Triumph / Ideal 4860 Cutter Measurement Issue

We have a German Ideal 4860ET Cutter and the cut is about 1mm out according to the side mounted LCD Green programmer display.
I know on our old machine it could be adjusted by depressing the mm/inch button and 9 to change the reference start position correcting the measurement.
Does any one know how to do it on this model?

In the USA?? Have you tried calling MBM in South Carolina? They have good techs there for their equipment
