Truflow 5.01

Hello Trueflow users, I've gotten Trueflow 5, but i'm still really new at trueflow in general. My question is how are you guys setting up your job tickets and work flow? I have a hot folder for every weird job I get. I catagorize it by the sheet size then the page size and etc... I have nearly a dozen folders and nearly 50 job tickets.... am i making any sense?

We are using v3.2, but I believe it is the same type of set-up. We have our Hot folders broken down by Press and we only set up folders for the sizes that we most often deal with and not for the large Presses, because plates are too expensive for mess-ups.

For all weird sizes and pagination jobs we set up job tickets by the invoice number.
