Vendor Needed Paper Banding Work

We are looking for partner to work with us on some projects that require banding envelopes in sets of 4 or 5. The equipment we have cannot band that small of a number in automated process.

Quantities (These numbers are sets, of 4 or 5)

Envelopes will be the same size for a job, but can be different for from job to job. These are on going programs, that currently run monthly and quarterly.
Banding, can be white, a color or custom print.

I imagine if we secured an envelope banding contract for those volumes and frequencies, we'd invest in the equipment to keep it inhouse.
