I don't know if this is right place or not. If not could you point me to right place. Anyways We use a Model 1124 Viking Plate Processor. Lately when the plate is going though it just shuts off, I have to wait for a couple of mins then it hit the reset button. However if nothing is in the processor IE Plate. it runs and runs. Any Suggestions??
