Virtual Systems—cloud-based print business management software, and PagePath Technologies—web-to-print and MIS software—have merged their businesses, forming Print Reach, Inc. Chris Huber, Virtual Systems’ President, will be CEO and PagePath President, Greg Witek, will be COO of Print Reach, Inc.
The merger creates an integrated family of scalable products for both commercial & in-plant operations, including: print management, web-to-print storefronts and CRM solutions. The new company will continue to innovate, deliver & support the full Virtual Systems and PagePath product lines.
By combining the two companies’ products, the new entity will offer significant advances in technology that will reach small, medium and enterprise customers, alike. All current support and service agreements will continue as normal under the new company name.
