Do you work at a commercial printer? If so, we'd like to hear from you!
Below is a link to a survey that we'd like to get your feedback on. It focuses on everything from customer job quoting all the way up to submitting files to press. This includes functions such as file submission, proofing, internal communications, and prepress functions.
This purpose of this survey is to get a quick, up-to-date snapshot of the challenges you're facing and also learn about functions that are working good for you today. It is NOT an Enfocus product survey, but a more general industry survey.
This survey takes about 15 mins to complete so if you work at a commercial printer (or other noncommercial print shop) and have some time to spare your input would be very valuable for us!
