Want to make a calendar

Hi guys, i want to make a holiday calendar and i was wondering what is the best software to do this and why.
Any tip will be helpfull

Well, I suppose that could be a calendar that you create that you give at the holidays, or - perhaps they meant a calendar that has the many legal holidays marked out on each date cell ( you know, where Independence day is indicated on July 4th )

I'm sorry if i didn't made myself clear on this.
I meant the calendar with christmas holiday theme (background)
Something like these with snow and other christmas stuff
