Hello to alll, we are testing a Wastach RIP on 4880 and built two setups for different size plates. Both were working yesterday but this morning the the smaller plate now adds 4" on to the length. The other plate is consistant. We have rebuilt the setup, restarted all components and checked the originating application and after 5 hours we still cannot get this smaller plate correct. Any suggestions??

It turns out that the 4880 does not like 13" material. 13.3 is fine but it does not read the 13" correctly. We turned off the see paper switch and that solved the problem. Thanks
BTW Wasatch was great but they could not figure out what was going on
