Could someone confirm the effect these shuttle setting have on the operation of a Watkiss BLM-550+? We are running a Canon Titan 320 and we are running into a problem with the last sheet(s) floating and not being pulled with the rest of the booklet. We have confirmed that the side tamper is working as expected (i.e. fully lifting and not dropping on the booklet)
Specifically "Tamper Time" and "Tamper Delay"? The factory default (which is fine at 160ppm) is I believe 100ms/500ms. 250 and 900ms help with gathering area collisions at 320ppm, but we still have issues with random sheet floats on very thick booklets. We don't want to just keep upping the time if they aren't going to have the effect we are expecting.
