Why I hate Illustrator CS4's new approach

WTF:
I want to select both the image and its mask with the group selection tool and because of designers complaining, now I can't! So should I want to bump the image within the mask I must find the image alone. Or if I want to replace the image with another, etc etc etc.
Stupidest thing Adobe ever did for print, IMHO.

Well, those crazy designers better just be designing logos and illustrations in Illustrator, because no one in their right mind should be using Illustrator to build pages....

You can select both the mask and the contents of the mask using the Group Selection tool. That hasn't changed. Maybe I'm not getting exactly what you're trying to do?
