Xante Platemaker 4 issues

We have some trouble with our Xante Platemaker 4.
The following issue appears:

Our PDF/image size is exactly from crop-mark to crop-mark 300 mm x 220 mm
When we print on a Polyester-Plate the image is slightly larger 302mm x 221 mm

We checked our pdf it is fine. As well we printed the image on a OKI Laserprinter and it is the correct size

What could be the problem? any suggestions?

So not to be a nit picker but you are worried about a .6% difference on a plastic plate . . . . if there is an issue with that tolerance you should move to metal plates . . . or you could print it at, say .993377 and that would compensate for it pretty closely . . .

The plates are made of poly and are known to stretch?
