Xerox 1000 error 45-313 and 45-364

Hey everyone,


I’m looking for some help with a Xerox 1000 that’s been throwing error codes 45-313 and 45-364.


The errors come up during operation and stop the machine. We’ve already tried basic troubleshooting (restarts, checking connections, upgrading firmware), but the issue is still present.


Has anyone run into these specific errors before on the Xerox 1000?

Any insight or direction would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!
 
Doing the Googles, I'm seeing 313 is a software fault and 364 is a communications fault. Unless someone has actual service information, I would probably suggest turning everything off. Unplug and re-seat every data cable (1 at a time, you don't want to swap any of them) between your RIP/Controller and the press, try again? I've had bad communications cables before and they needed to be replaced by Xerox, it's rare, but it does happen
