XEROX 1000I SQUARE FOLD TRIMMER E3 Jam

Hi guys,


I keep getting an error E3 Paper Jam in my squarefold trimmer but there is nothing stuck inside, i have moved and checked. i even swapped the square fold trimmer for another one and getting the same jam, maybe someone knows and can help thanks.

i tried a second booklet maker i have here and still same error ? diagnostics says paper sensor #3 in square fold trimmer? any insight thanks for your help.

you have tried different finishers and folder and get the same error
basically it cant be any of those parts which means its impossible
you are missing something
