Xmpie Dynamic Print issue

Good morning, I have a question about xmpie. I have been using this program for years without issue. Now all of a sudden without change to the system software or programing (Indesign CS6) I'm having a printing issue. Here is my problem. The file setup goes great. I can see the changing variable as I scroll through the file. Everything is linked up fine. The problem is when I go to print the file to a pdf. I go through the dialogue box in dynamic print. Hit print then I get this message about the graphic links missing. When I look at the pdf all the text data changes up fine, but the images are missing showing me an x'd out box. I'm a little confused on why this is happening or how to fix this issue. Can anyone help me with it?? The version I' m using is Xmpie V5. It was working perfectly a week ago. (insert frustrated face here)

Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks

Hi - by default, we search for assets within the same folder where the data lives, but sometimes you'll need to set the asset folder. Not sure if you tried that or not, that's what I'd do first. If that doesn't work, then double check the rule changing the assets and remove any file paths (or put them in if links are over the network - could help). Lastly, sometimes the non-dynamic images are the issue but more often than not that is because you might have the same image linked from two different folders on your system (InDesign doesn't like that either). - hope that helps, deb (Senior Solution Specialist @ XMPie)

Hi, thanks for your helpful tips. I've been trying to rack my brain on what has changed since the last time it worked. The only thing was that we had upgraded our server which holds all the jobs. So I thought I would drag the folder to my desktop and relink all the folders and data to see if that worked. And wouldn't you know it, it worked fine. Therefore it must be a permissions issue. Nothing like frustration to get you thinking outside of the box. Right. Again thanks for the tips.
