Yawa 780 Die Cutting Question...

Probably not going to have much luck finding the answer to this question but here goes...miracles may happen...When die cutting some paper, it grabbed about 5 sheets of paper and jammed in the closed position above the die. Error message says "Limit Switch Activated SQ21 Call Yawa for help". Well, they're not helping. Does anyone know how to fix this problem / clear this message? Machine won't do anything right now and there's no manual available unless someone out there has one. Thanks for reading this.
