Trying to hook our plotter back up and having issues with i-cut 5. Dongle isn't detected. We can't seem to remember if this table had a dongle when purchased in 1999 or even what the dongle would look like. The players involved with initial install are either no longer with the company or out of business. I reached out the Esko in hopes that someone can give me some assistance too. Basically ....Any assistance would be greatly appreciated as the manual is very vague and there aren't any technical troubleshooting notes or sections online or in the users manual.
