Found this video online. As far as the print engine goes, it doesn't really look like anything is new with the Versant 3100, but the finishing options are. They now offer online slitting for full bleed booklets on the fly and creasing of up to 5 creases in a sheet. And these are the "xerox brand" finishers, not 3rd party plockmatics or anything.

Like everything, I am sure that it will work, but not to my expectations. We do tons of heavy coverage brochures that require 2 or 3 creases that have to be precise because of the panel positions, and any cracking isn't acceptable. I would expect this to work, but won't hold my breath.
