GMC PCL output

Does anyone have a contact that could provide paid support on GMC (very old v 3.1)? Client is outputting PCL, but files always come out 8.5 x 11 even if that is not the form size. Any ideas or clues on what to look for when setting up or outputting the PCL files? They cannot get support from GMC.

Please note that GMG and GMC are different companies. GMG is in the colorspace and GMC is engaged in variable data documents and processing.
