Yes, but when the toilet backs and the $#!T overflows on a Sunday evening the client does complain about the cost of fixing the problem.

Customer complaining about extra cost is also the same, but as a plumber you can be sure to get the money because you are serving unavoidable needs! (Paying in front of course...)

Doctor needs a plumber on the weekend. Plumber spends 2 hours un clogging pipes and then hands the doctor a bill for 600 dollars. Doctor says, wow I do not bill that much for my services. Plumber says I know, I used to be a doctor.
