Hi,

Authenticom has been our NCOA vendor for years, but it appears they are totally offline for the foreseeable future due to a ransomware attack. Can you please help me in obtaining a new, reliable vendor for NCOA processing?

Your help is appreciated.

What are you presorting with?

BCC has the capability of running 18 Month LSP or 48 Month FSP. They have a subscription model for NCOA, where you get up to 100 million records for a decent price.

It is in their Data Services section within Mail Manager. If can be very seamless to get your list processed all while staying within the software.

Look into using Taskmaster to automate your jobs with BCC, will save you a bunch of time, as long as BCC's NCOA is up.

I think this was overlooked and we did not know they could process NCOA for us.
As others have noted, it's almost seamless within MM. I've known some that insisted on using a different NCOA processor because they felt the BCC NCOA was not accurate enough, or lagging behind. I thought everyone was using the same databases provided by USPS, so I question that claim.

Their DSF processing is good also. Their minimum is a bit high, but you can gang lists on the same DSF order.

Has anyone here used their Address Resolution service? What % was it able to correct?

@PricelineNegotiator - not sure where information was presented that hygiene services are "totally offline for the foreseeable future", but rest assured our services are returning to operational again and we'd love to continue to do NCOA for you! Feel free to reach out to me directly anytime and I'd be happy to help!

Accuzip has much better support than BCC. I left BCC with an entire year left that I paid for because their support was so bad.

True, support has been hit or miss since the pandemic and Bluecrest buying them, but one of the gems is still the bcc forums. It was a hard decision but I just renewed for another year and the help I get from the forums is what made me renew, hopefully it was not a bad decision but the software is one of the best I have used and I have tried them all.

Which application from BCC? They have several. I have to say our support from BCC for Mail Manager FS has been great. Now, trying to buy another TrayMate is a different story. Crickets. It is probably the most powerful we have used. Still, powerful is not necessarily the easiest or fastest to use. There are many times I wish I had AccuZip Professional too.

I don't have FS, just regular networked MM. For a time there you couldn't get anyone to pickup the phone for MM support or they would have someone call you back and that would take a while and your best chance was to email in to get questions answered. This past week I just went through a couple days of back and forth with email support and finally called in to get my question answered so it was good to be able to talk to someone again when you call in. I try to post what I find out on the bcc forums so it will hopefully help others, there is a lot of stuff you can find on there just by searching. With all the old guys retiring that remember the DMM we need a good place to brain dump all this stuff.

I somehow overlooked this, I used the Compliance+ product for the first year it was released which had ARS built in and a better CASS engine, it was awesome, but the PCOA sucked and you couldn't run without it so I dropped it the next year and went back to regular FSP NCOA.

Standalone ARS does a good job, % depends on your list, I only send them the bad addresses with no DPV and it will find 10-20%, sometimes more. I will use it on lists that have not been processed in a longtime or never before so I can get NCOA hits.
