With the Ricoh TCRU program they supply the parts, they "should" stockpile on your location the parts for you to swap out with. They would inturn come out to rebuild the rebuildable parts to keep your supply going. The parts like the charge rollers would just get new ones that they would keep a supply of onsite.
This does not replace the tech, it merely allows you, the site operator, to keep the machine going without having to put in a service call on most issues (not major).
As noted this is how it works in the USA, can't speak for other countries.
You would still need to investigate how the vendors service is in YOUR area, any box can print but the Service is what keeps you going. I don't think there are many people from Morocco on here.
