Graphtec F-mark issues.

Hi there.

I have an older model F-mark. CE6000-40 Plus. It has died. Camara still works fine, Cutter works ok. Just not the arms. (the F-mark bit). There is only one agent in this part of the world for these.
Got the tech out and he suspects the hub (which seems strange to me as it's so simple) see photos 1-3. The long and the short of it is, they want to sell me a new Graphtec hub (over $500). With no right or return if it's not the hub. there's customer service for you
I have obviously tried other hubs (no luck). Business has been quite lately, and I cant afford throw $500.00 away. Unfortunately, I don't know anyone with another one of these.
Any thoughts? if there is someone in this part of the world (New Zealand) with a hub as per the photos? I can make it worth your while. I'd even look at buying a complete machine (for the right price).
Any help appreciated.

Hi Chris. Yes I tend to agree with you. Which of course means there is something else wrong. It could be something as simple as a software conflict. Update conflict? All though I have tried running it on an old PC (not online) in case this is the issue. ta Simon

Fantastic Thomas. For this kind of money, I have nothing to lose. But as Chris says I'll be surprised if it fix's the problem.

So the feeder is run by the iMark System - not a standalone software for the feeder.
Simple hardware analysis to determine which devices are seen on which usb ports might help to diagnose the issue.
YMMV.

Re F-mark.

Just trying to trouble shoot this with my limited skills. I have uninstalled and reinstalled software. Getting this coming up. "could not run graph" See screenshot. Currently trying on windows 11. Maybe this is the issue? (need an older OS?)
Once I get past this! I can't get the cutter online. "Cutter off line ! " Driving me nuts.

Yeah - 2017 installer. Maybe the issue.

Yes, Windows 10 and older. Just can't get it online. ta Simon
