Challenge Titan 200 issues

We have Challenge titan 200 and we are having an issue with accuracy setting. we go through the process all is well at 2.000 for that day. We come in the next day, and it is out of sync again.
Try to reset and the back gauge defaults to 5.500 any thoughts.

If its defaulting back to 5.500 sounds like the controller is losing its calibration at some point. Then It would revert to default. Do you power down the machine at night? Or does it lose calibration throughout the day as well? Im thinking cleaning backguage home sensor before start up, is it battery backed if you shut it down could lose the memory that holds the calibration...thats is part mine and part a text I got back from a tech
