Challenge Titan 265TC "Connection lost to I/O motor Controller

We have a Challenge Titan 265 TC paper Cutter. Got this error "Connection Lost to I/O Motor Controller! Backgage Inhibited! The Knife or Clamp is Down!
The knife is up. The Foot pedal closes the clamp, but the cut buttons don't activate the clamp or knife.
We had a damaged Can Cable which was replaced. Checked all sensors, connections, fittings, fuses, etc, nothing out of place.
Tried new Boards but didn't change results. Does anyone have any experience with this issue?

Cant find that error anywhere. are you sure clamp/knife up and down sensors are ok. Lights flicker on and off? Does the backgage move under power? If not maybe a baby fuse on the board for BG motor control. Or if the clamp is not on its up sensor it will not move either. S/N of machine??
