    Dt-r3100

    I have a problem with a DTR3100, when i release a job from the RIP, it will load film on to the drum, the drum will spin but the head will not move. I tried o generate a zoom image, even at that the head will still not move and there is no error message from the machine. Please help.

    DT-R3100 Error 2020

    Please i need help on Error 2020. When the machine is switched on, with the imaging head open, the Zoom, Focus and Light does not initialize. The machine goes to standby, when a job is released to the machine, the error 2020 comes up. What can i need to correct this error.
