Honestly even if all of your adjustments seem to be ok, if the rollers are more than a couple of years old you should replace them. Crestlines are like that. No matter what you adjust you're going to have problems with older rollers.

I don't have the figures, but since we print business cards our runs are very short so I would say we're around 100,000 - 150,000 per month I was hoping to stay away from toner, but I just looked at some videos and I'll put it on the list. Thanks

I'm not sure if it will make a difference, but these are window labels. The print will be on the inside of the glass and on the backside of the label. (we're printing in reverse) That may buy me some time.

We don't know what color they're going to be yet. I might have to do the color offset and the numbering digital. :-(

I did find on this page that their toner is (at least they claim), but I don't know if all toners are.

I was going to mention this. I worked for a small commercial printer in the 80's that would run a 19x25 sheet full of B&W business cards every friday. (we use to call it the "gang bang") Big money maker. Today we couldn't find 2 companies locally that will both use even the same STOCK never mind...

Wow. You might want to tell your customer that they're printing that on the wrong side of the envelope. :-) With a run that size you're best option is to do as Erik suggested and run them landscape. If you're not able to for some reason.....then open the darn things and get it over with. It...

There's always more than one way to do things. We open them to be able to run both sides at once since most of our 6x9 runs are short. It also makes running them a no-brainer for someone that sounds like a beginner which is why I suggested it to the OP.

Open the flap. Flip the envelope over and print on the front of the envelope and on the flap at the same time. Then fold the flaps back over. It goes a lot quicker than it sounds if you do it right.

Open the flaps and grip from the other end.
