Check your air filters on your pump non-op side below feed table. If you run spray powder they get clogged. If they are clean check hoses off or cracks in them. Good Luck

The knocking is the paper snapping when it is transfer to the cylinder grippers. There is nothing to worry about it just because the paper is long. It might go away if you turn the speed up.

Our folder the hand wheel is geared in with the rollers and it will turn over Even if the belt is off. Does the motor kick on when you hit the start button?

Did you check the drive belt they fall off somtimes.

Keep in mind that if you rotate this knob one full rotation it only moves 1 mm if you are used to an Abdick where it moves alot.

Count the sheets before you run them through the digital machine the keep track of waste and you will know the end count for sure.

Pressmanken, If you watch the envelopes when they transfer to the feed rollers the sucker feet drag on the envelope causing abraisions which tranfers to your blanket in turn wrecking your plate. Sometimes you can run the envelopes without using sucker feet. This will help. good luck.

Static products do not work on this problem. I have tried them all. This is caused by the friction of the tapes on coated paper. Running curl up first helps, less tapes on top of paper.
