    Do you have the serial cable connected as well? My 2340 had a scsi cable and a serial cable connected between the engine and the RIP.     CWS will pick up the server on your network by it's IP address. You can run and even calibrate on any networked workstation, as long as you have the spectrophotometer plugged in on that workstation

    Fiery Command Workstation/Imposition&other on Xerox700i

    Turn on a CMYK profile in the Fiery Color Management tab. This forces all the elements in the file into the same color space/profile. and Turn off Spot color management. This works whenever I get the "transparency frames" around transparent elements.
