Duplo DC-10/60 System 4000 – "DATA IS NOT FOUND"

Hello everyone,
I have a Duplo DC-10/60 System 4000 collator tower with the following details:
Touch panel: Mitsubishi F940GOT-LWD
Firmware version: 11A-80105
The machine was not used for a long time. After installing a new battery, the touch panel shows only "DATA IS NOT FOUND" on startup and the machine cannot operate.
Has anyone experienced this issue before? Who should I contact to get the touch panel restored – is there a specialist or service center outside of the official distributor network that could help?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

what has happened is common since its been dead for a while. New battery and it still says NO DATA you MIGHT be able to program the screen or at the worst send it to Duplo and they will do it. Does the screen have a white border or black border?
Where are you located?? The screen is a universal item and you need details of the duplo to make it know what it is installed into.

The screen has a white border.
I am located in Vilnius, Lithuania, Europe.
I have already managed to establish communication between the F940GOT-LWD and my PC. The hardware is working fine.

Ya thats the old style screen but still should be able to reset it. Check to see if you have a Duplo dealer that might email you the way to set up the screen to recognize the tower. Keep us posted.
