There isn't an actual 'trapping' functionality, but you can do somethings manually that might work. Adding strokes of certain colors, using overprint, those might be useful. If it's that fine you might even consider fattening it up a bit which I guess is equivalent to spreading a white line. If...

If you've only got a few files then you don't need PitStop Server. PitStop Pro will do the job and has the same functionality, it's just manual instead of automatic. You probably need different solutions for different files, so manual might even be a better approach. 30 day trial available...
