we had the same issue a while ago about Kodak contacting us. 2 of us sent emails called sales ect. Never received a reply. Funny thing is we just had a printergy Demo last week. Seems like if you are interested in purchasing the big software they are happy to show a demo. :/

Ia m a bit confused how is the PC sending to digital files via RAMPage? I think you are sending the client PDF through 2 different workflows are you not? If you are RAMPage maybe converting the RGB black into K only

I can say that my uncalibrated screen (using the generic profile) of my apple 30 inch display is pretty close. Close enough to where we can do color corrections. Is it dead on- I would say no way. But At some point you are splitting hairs with color.
