Cant create a DEVICE on the RAMPAGE?

I am trying to create a device on my Rampage. I have a hasp that is for stand-alone. It has Rip/Soft FFP/RDP/1 bit Tiff/etc....
But no matter what i select it will not create a device. PLEASE HELP???
