We use our FWA on both our 1000i machines. It usually works pretty good, but I have found that if one side of the sheet has a bunch of coverage and the other does not, the auto alignment does not work. I think it is due to the auto alignment having very minimal coverage on both sides unlike the art.

Ray, Oddly enough, replacing the tail clamps seems to have fixed it. I can't say I quite understand why tail clamps would cause this error, but when we replaced them the error went away.

XMF has the ability to put a unique code on the plate, either in plain text or as a barcode, although we don't use it here. There are some limitations on the barcode type it can use, but I believe that QR is one of them.

Yes, but what about those special characters? In the attached Excel file all the names are correct. After import into Bulk Mailer they are not. Record 5 has a question mark in the name. Since the damage has already been done, no matter how I export the name is now wrong.
