GRACoL Uncoated 2013 is available. In the very limited experience I have with it, it seems to work fine.

If you're talking about something for inkjet you could look for Photofab or PhotoTex. I think they both come in a few varieties for Aqueous, Solvent and Latex depending on your needs.

Try reloading the paper. I've seen this happen when the printer senses the wrong size when the paper is loaded. This often happens when the cut along the leading edge of the paper isn't straight. I'm assuming that you mean it cuts off at 40" width not length that would be another issue.
