Check if the breaker switch on the laser box is in the up position. Otherwise you might have to force a download of the wcs by turning the flag on in the registry. If all fail you may need another DDB1N board.

Looks like the dynamic optic is not centered to the drum anymore, You need to remove the lead screw, carriage assy and clean all the dirt accumulated over time. Not as complicated as it sounds. Worth case scenario, the padding at the bottom is worn out and you would need a new carriage assy. Got...

Check the airflow below the LBox (left side of Lotem).usually very dirty. Also make sure the two big fans are running. open the top of the LBox to access them.
