TIFF to CIP/PPF convertor

Does any one know of a tiff convertor that will export it as a cip/ppf file? I'm familar with the DI-plot system but that is the only one.

We make them using Serendipty BlackMagic which polls our 7TB plate queue; operator recolors the one bits to job colors, then processes to CIP3. A second command exports (on the same PC) to a ppf. Works great.
