Dolev800V - Plotted file extending/expanding

Hello,

Here is the problem thats been hounding us for months...

1. For example, file to output is 13 x 18 (13 is the height and 18 is the width). after plotting, the plotted file to film became 13.125 x 18.

If the height is much bigger like for example 28 x 18 (28 is the height and 18 is the width), the plotted file to file became 28.25 x 18.

2. Host and PC abort errors

And we also notice that it usually happened when we use the NuP option in the PSM.

Things done in the past 2-3 months, replaced, CRI, Strobe 5 and TSP boards. Formatted the Mac and re-install the PSM.

Dolev800v with PSM 7.1 rip.

Do you have any idea of this problem?

You can see that the error grows as the file gets bigger. looks like you lost the tables especially if you changed the CRI where the tables reside. You may want to recover them from the diskette if they are the right ones.

Does this happen only along one plotting axis?
The X (screw) or Y (around the drum)?
If the film is not held flat on the drum you will have such problems along the Y axis.
